There’s nothing quite like the energy of a group yoga class. Classes create a great sense of camaraderie when you’re working on a new pose or when in deep mediation together.
1-2-1 yoga tuition comes with the benefit that sessions are tailored towards your specific needs! Perhaps you want to focus on increasing strength, flexibility and mobility?
For those who have a very hectic schedule, 1-2-1 yoga tuition is perfect for you as sessions can be conducted in your home, at a time that suits you. It’s a great way to easily and conveniently schedule in your well earned relaxation time.
Pregnancy yoga involves fostering a deep emotional and physical connection between yourself and your baby. Traditional poses are modified and a sense of safety and comfort between parent and child is prompted, as well as a presence of calm and relaxation.
Over the course of pregnancy, your body will change considerably. Pregnancy yoga is the perfect way for you to keep active in a safe, gentle way, as it can be adapted to suit your continued shape changes during the 9 months. Practicing Yoga also helps mothers prepare for birth as it will increase your physical stamina, provide you with greater relaxation control over your muscles and can even improve a baby’s birth position.
In light of recent events, I am currently teaching a 40 minute gentle online yoga class on Sundays via Zoom.
Group yoga classes are on Mondays 7pm - 8pm and cost £8 per session if you pay as you go but I also offer deals on multiple class purchases. 1-2-1 tuition will vary on price depending on location.
